Learn how payments, payouts, escrow, and refunds work on AirGari.
1. Secure Escrow System
All payment transactions on AirGari utilize our safe Escrow Mechanism. When a buyer initiates a delivery agreement, payment is deposited securely into AirGari Escrow. Money is never released to the traveler until the recipient accepts and confirms item delivery.
2. Service Fees & Pricing
Our platform fees ensure network safety, continuous support, and secure payments:
- Buyer Service Fee: A minor percentage fee calculated at checkout to cover transaction processing and protection.
- Traveler Payout Commission: Dedicated payout structure calculated based on total agreed reward upon order completion.
- Transparent fee breakdowns are always displayed prior to order confirmation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Buyer: Full refund minus processing fees if canceled before traveler picks up or purchases the item.
Cancellation by Traveler: Immediate 100% full refund returned to buyer's original payment method or wallet.
Item Damage/Mismatch: Escrow payment is paused immediately upon reporting a dispute for admin review.
4. Wallet Payouts & Transfers
Travelers can request wallet payouts at any time. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 48 business hours via bank transfer or supported mobile payment channels.
5. Dispute Resolution
If an issue arises during delivery, either party can raise a dispute via the trip detail page. Our Admin Operations Team will review chat logs, receipts, and photos to render a fair binding decision within 3 business days.
